I was on E-Bay looking for a griddle for my gas stove and I found an old Wagner cast iron two-burner griddle that was 80 years old and bid on it and got it. At the same time, I bid on this Rocky Mountain MC-24-8 because nobody else had bid on it so I bid really low. It was too big for me, I thought, but as you would know it I won this bid too! I looked everywhere for reviews and comments on this thing and could find none so here I go...Since I don't have a commercial gas stove i tried it on my residential gas stove. Well, it fit perfectly. This griddle is well constructed, very thick metal and heavy (44 pounds) so it is not something that you just throw on and off your stove every couple of hours. I leave mine on my stove all of the time unless I need a pot of water for pasta or potatoes. This griddle is awesome! Just heat it up for about 10 minutes and cook like you are a short order cook.
