My Cookware set is the Maxam waterless/oil-less cookware and is about 35 years old. The Maxam and Chef's Secret cookware is the same type of cookware. Both are called waterless/oil-less cookware. Although the items you cook must have a curtain amount of moisture. That means sometimes you will need to add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water. With eggs and fish you need to add a little bit of oil. Remember, little water, little oil, that's if you need any at all! Also, start the pans on high then YOU MUST turn them to medium or low. Items will cook faster and TASTE BETTER, without as many calories or fat grams. I suggest you use very little salt, if any. Salt is largely used to enhance the taste; if you are not cooking the taste out of the food then you don't need the salt.

Maxam vs. Chef's Secret Cookware: Maxam uses 9 elements in its construction where as Chef's Secret uses 12 elements.
