Review : Great set of cookware!
There weren't many reviews of this set online when I purchased it. I think I found two on misc. appliance dealer sites, so buying it was a bit of a gamble.

I upgraded to the 7 piece Dacor cookware set after having trouble with a cheaper 13 piece Kirkland Signature stainless set from Costco that I returned after owning for 6 months.

Huge difference in quality! But also huge difference in price!

This is a great set. Easy to clean. Looks elegant and professional. Cooks perfectly. Isn't as awkward or as heavy as the Kirkland set, which I consider a huge plus.

Like many sets in this price range, it has an aluminum encapsulated multi ply stainless disc on the base. I am not sure whether that means it is better, worse or just a different way of achieving the same great performance that AllClad and other types do, which do not have the separate disc but rather incorporate all the material seamlessly into the base of the pan.
