My Kuhn-Rikon 2-Liter Swiss Thermal Casserole with a lid is the perfect pot and perfect size for cooking for one person. I can "steam" my broccoli, tender-tasty-and nutritious. None of the nutrients are lost. I save energy as well. The pot continues to cook when taken off the gas burner. I plan to cook one-pot meals in it. I know they will be perfect, as well.
