Review : I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans!!!
These are my first stainless pans. I've had Le Creuset cast iron pans which were okay, but everything stuck to them. My last set of pans was Emeril non-stick. They were fine, but like all non-stick pans, they eventually scratch, and don't allow the natural flavor of the food to enhance in cooking. My cousin is a fabulous cook and she has a set of Emeril stainless steel cookware, but for years I was scared to buy those pans because she has problems with the food sticking and has to let them soak a lot.

I am a "research it to death before you buy it" person, especially when it comes to more expensive stuff, so believe me when I say I did plenty when it came to these pans. First of all, these pans arrive individually wrapped in a beautiful silky black bag, and they are gorgeous. If you could call a pan "elegant," these pans definitely fit the bill.

Cooking in these pans is actually fun. It's an experience...not a chore. It's different than...
