I just celebrated my 25th anniversary with my company & this cookware set was my gift. I have always bought Calphalon cookware & utensils in the past & will continue to.
I was amazed how well the box was packaged - I don't see how they could ever be damaged during shipment!
I did notice that I didn't need to use as high of heat as other pans & pots - hamburgers stuck to the pan & discouraged me. Then I figured it out...
I used Barkeepers Friend to clean out the pan & it cleaned with hardly any effort! Then a simple soap solution. So easy to clean I would avoid putting these into the dishwasher to protect against any discoloring.
Now back to to cooking!!
