Review : Didn't know good cookware could make this much of a difference
This is my first copper clad cookware. I have a few friends who had invested in clad software (they purchased All Clad) and raved about how good it is. I trust all of these magnificent cooks so I decided to take the plunge and buy a piece of clad software. I ran into a great sale on this particular piece of Bonjour and decided to purchase it.

This piece, the 4 Quart Covered Dutch Oven is 10" wide and only 4" high so I use it like a frying pan and a dutch oven.

I had no idea that great cookware could make so much of a difference. I can caramelize onions in half the time it took in my old pan (which was not bad, Cuisanart, just not great). You can use a little higher heat and the whole pan gets hot, even on a smaller burner.

And... it cleans up easier than my other cookware.

I am so in love with this cookware. Can't wait till I save up for more pieces.
