I decided to go for a few key pieces of copper core instead of buying the set of All Clad stainless steel. I am so happy with my decision. If I could only choose a few key pieces, this would definitely be at the top of the list. It is quite versatile...perfect for frying and sauteing for two. I was able to get this item on sale at Williams-Sonoma and I couldn't be happier. Shop around.
